We are a small, independent, community-governed primary care practice serving a year-round coastal Maine population. Our mission is to provide accessible, relationship-based care that reflects the values of our community. We are not part of a large health system and provide professional autonomy, continuity of care, and long term sustainability.

The Role

We are seeking a full-time or part-time physician to join our primary care team. This role offers the opportunity to practice comprehensive primary care with strong support, reasonable visit workloads, and meaningful involvement in shaping how care is delivered. This position is ideal for clinicians seeking professional satisfaction, community connection, and a sustainable pace of daily practice.

Scope Includes

• Adult primary care
• Chronic disease management
• Preventive care and wellness
• Same-day/urgent visits as appropriate
• Collaboration with clinical and administrative staff

Schedule & Workload

• Full-time (4-5 days/week, 4 day week considered)(Adjustable for part-time)
• Reasonable daily visit expectations
• Shared phone call
• Dedicated time for documentation and care coordination

Qualifications

• Licensed physician in Maine
